Your body holds onto more than you think. Stress, pressure, emotions, expectations, and all the stuff you never had the chance to deal with. This workshop is for anyone who struggles to let go of the BS life piles on. We’ll explore how the breath communicates with your nervous system, how tension is stored, and how slowing down can teach your body that it’s safe to release what it’s been carrying. No fancy techniques! Just breath, gentle movement, real talk, and a chance to feel a little freer. We’ll end with a calming sound bath to help you fully settle and finally exhale the things you couldn’t say.
