Release What Your Body’s Been Holding is a Yin-style experience designed to meet you exactly where you are. Through long, supported postures, intentional breathwork, and deep fascia release, we’ll invite your nervous system to settle and help your body let go of what it’s been quietly holding onto. The stress, the stories, and the stuff we never had the space to process. We’ll conclude with an extended savasana and a live sound bath under the trees (or stars), allowing the vibrations to do the work as you melt into stillness.
