Meet angela mcbride
Angela is a 200-hour RYT-certified yoga teacher and a Reiki Level I practitioner, with a passion for helping others slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with themselves. Drawing from her healing journey, she creates spaces where movement, mindfulness, and breath come together to support emotional and physical well-being. Her approach is heart-centered, grounded, and rooted in the belief that true healing begins with self-compassion.
our Approach
We’re not here to fix you because you’re not broken. At Mindful Motion, our approach is simple: slow down, breathe, and give yourself permission to just be. We blend movement, breathwork, meditation, and sound in a way that feels grounding and real. No pressure to be flexible, no need to have it all together. Whether you’re moving through something heavy or just need a reset, we’re here to help you come back home to yourself. One breath at a time.
Dream it
This all started with a simple dream. To create a space where people could feel safe, seen, and supported. We dreamed of something more than just a yoga class... a place where healing is messy, movement is intentional, and showing up exactly as you are is more than enough.
Build it
We took that dream and started building! One class, one conversation, one nervous system reset at a time. Mindful Motion isn’t just a business; it’s a community built on realness, healing, and heart. We’re creating spaces that feel safe to land in and strong enough to grow from.
