The Grounded Man Workshop Series

Ever notice how tension builds in your body even when you’re not sure what you’re feeling?

That tension isn’t random. It’s often the result of stress, habits of staying silent, and emotions that were never given space to move. When feelings aren’t expressed, the body holds them instead. Showing up as tightness, irritability, emotional distance, or difficulty finding the right words.

This February session of The Grounded Man focuses on understanding why tension is stored in the body and how releasing it can change the way men experience stress, emotions, and communication. As physical tension is released, emotional clarity often follows, making it easier to articulate what you feel without forcing it.

Through guided education, breathwork, slow tension-release movement, and meditation, this workshop helps men let go of what they’ve been carrying and create space for clearer expression, presence, and connection.

This isn’t about talking more or digging into the past. It’s about releasing what the body has been holding.
